Classic Nelson Sauvin characteristics of gooseberries and white wine fruitiness blend seamlessly with the complexity of Mosaic. Extra pale malt sits back to let the delicious bright aroma come to the fore with oats and wheat providing a silky smooth finish
IPA 6%
Brewed by Dutch brewers Moersleutal in collaboration with La DeBauch.
Our collab with La Debauche and showcases SubZero Hop Kief, early and late harvest Rakau hop oils for a bold contrast—creating a layered hop experience. The early harvest brings fresh pine and grass notes, while the late harvest adds a rich, juicy depth with overripe plum, peach, and stone fruit. Packed with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops and a touch of wheat for a crisp bite, this IPA is a perfect balance of resinous and fruity.
Raspberry and Passion Fruit Gose - 5%
A right little cracker of a beer! Just like its namesake, this Raspberry & Passionfruit Gose is full of zest, a little bit cheeky, and bursting with fruity character. Tart raspberry, luscious passionfruit, and a pinch of salt come together for a refreshing, lip-smacking tipple that’ll have you coming back for more. Brewed in Hackney, where the legendary Barbara Windsor grew up, Saucy is a tribute to the great dame of British comedy—and all things Carry On. With a nod and a wink to the films that had us giggling for decades, this beer is a proper throwback to the golden age of British mischief. So go on, give it a swig—oooh, matron! Carry On Drinking!
