Blackjacks first Irish Red is brewed to be a supremely easy drinking pint. A blend of crystal, chocolate and Munich malt gives a strong malt backbone to this beer, with notes of toffee and Ovaltine on the nose. On the taste complex biscuit flavours dominate with a hint of roasted dryness on the backend. A blend of 3 goldings hop varieties are bolstered with a small amount of meridian to help the traditional goldings varieties pop.
