Twisted Wheel have taken a classic German pilsner and added some Bohemian hops, and then headed over the Alps to dry hop it in the Italian style, giving a beautifully aromatic take on Lager. The Saaz hops give it that classic 'herbal' quality, and the choice of Hersbruker lends it a distinct floral note, whilst retaining the Noble hop character. Once it has rested in the tanks for several weeks it is finished.
